The Drifting Cowboys is the brainchild of singer/ guitarist David Landon who credit’s Hank Williams as one of the all time great song writers. “ How can you not love his tunes? They are all so memorable, catchy and relatable. I love singing and playing these tunes and never get tired of them, and getting to play with such a fine group of musicians as the Drifting Cowboys is a real treat!”

The Easy Tigers

Rock

Bass/Vocals, Guitar/Vocals, Drums
This band was built on rumble, rhythm, wanderlust, and the kind of questionable decision-making that makes great music stories. Live, they feel like the moment right before something unforgettable (or ill-advised) happens: the first sip of a Trader Vic’s Mai Tai, the wobble of standing on a longboard with a beer in hand, songs about dads who never really wanted to leave the party.
Nicholas Walsh – Drums
Born in Seattle and raised in D.C., Nicholas grew up on a blender-setting mix of rock, americana, ska, grunge, and go-go. Diplomatic detours took him through seven countries and forty-four more as a visitor, collecting rhythms, stories, and eventually three children—whom he now considers his primary audience to embarrass. He started drumming after saving lawn-mowing money and camping out overnight at a music sale just to capture his first beats. His musical résumé includes stages as eclectic as The Middle East in Boston, the back of a boat in Monterey Bay, and a spontaneous jam session somewhere in a Romanian hamlet. The best compliment he’s ever gotten about his playing? “It’s honest.”
Jesse Rudner – Bass
Jesse was born on a dairy farm in Bennington, Vermont, and the bass has been rattling his bones ever since he survived falling down the Court Tavern stairs with a 4×12 cab. He channels that low-end chaos into a rumble that can level a room. Inspired by the Kids in the Hall Shadowy Men & Doors Fan sketch, Jesse cut his teeth in legendary now-gone venues like CBGBs, Brownies, TT the Bears, The Melody, and more. He’s been written up in zines and rags that mostly no longer exist, but he wears one review like a medal: “What the hell is this? Sounds like a garbage can falling down steps.”—his old boss.
Greg Hagel – Vocals & Guitar
Greg grew up in the Sacramento Valley and planted deep roots in the Bay Area starting in 1999. Music grabbed him early—thanks to the irresistible promise of leaving class once a week to hit a snare drum. He stuck with school bands, marched with the Mandarins Drum & Bugle Corps (despite hating it), and walked away as part of a championship-winning ensemble: first in Division 3 and 14th best drumline overall in 1998. After moving on to SFSU, Greg found himself in and around four bands at once, collaborating with old friends, new friends, and anyone else orbiting the scene. He’s played stages like Bottom of the Hill, Bimbo’s, the Knockout, and Silverlake Lounge, and is still waiting for the compliment he wants to hear—working every day to earn it.
Together, the band brings the mileage of ex-zines, vanished venues, global wanderings, deep bass rumble, and the relentless pursuit of something true. Their shows feel loose, lived-in, and cathartic—music for people who’ve seen some things, survived most of them, and still find joy in making a very good noise.

Featuring a well-oiled rhythm section, tight horns, and stirring vocals by that sharp-dressing, all-around fly dude, The Gata, their musical mix of hard-driving funk and lowdown soul is guaranteed to get your head noddin' and cure your dance jones. In addition to their original material, the Traps are crate diggers as well, breathing new life into lost grooves culled from rare funk 45’s and obscure oft-sampled records.
They released their debut 45 single on the well-respected funk & soul label, Colemine Records. Their first full-length album, Solid Ground, was recorded all-analog on their trusty Tascam 388 and put out by one of Europe's premier soul labels, Record Kicks. Once upon a time, under an ol' Oak tree at Doc's house...
The Live Oaks band began in the hills of Oakland in 2016. In the backyard of a legendary doctor's home. Our friend "Doc" was a pioneer of free health clinics in San Francisco in the 60's-70's and also happened to be a lover of rock & roll. He even had Jerry Garcia as a friend and patient. He was widowed and chronically ill later in his life and preferred the company of musicians, so he took us in.
He provided a roof over our heads.
He let musicians live at his home for free as long as there was music and some good cookin'. He took care of us, and we took care of him. We danced and dreamed about rock & roll. It gave us hope. It gave the house in which we called "Bagshotte" life again. We sang for Doc, we wrote for Doc, we brought the best musicians we knew over to the house to jam for Doc. A lot of our songs were written at his house in the hills. That was 9 years ago when we first moved in. He even purchased us an acoustic Martin guitar that we still use on stage to this day. But after years of battling cancer, he is gone now and has since passed away.
But since then we have not stopped writing music and refining our live show and recording processes. We have done it all. Toured in shitty vans up and down the West Coast over many years (the vans improved eventually), playing for our friends and in small venues. But lately the venue sizes are starting increase as well as our organic fan base. We really believe in word of mouth not social media app bullshit ran by billionaires. We believe in putting on a very good show, writing good songs and the rest will take care of itself. We have played dozens of small festivals, hundreds of shows, and on occasion welcome the corporate music thing but lately are really focusing on writing, recording and releasing more of our songs. Like Doc always cheered after we played him a song,
"we're gonna be famous!" - We would love to come play, thanks for considering us, we now live in Richmond, CA 94806
